I loved my stay here. I like that the hotel is not located right downtown (closer to Arches). The breakfast is also above average for a hotel (although the scrambled eggs had a weird texture). The pool and hot tub were my favorite parts. Hot tub and pool was perfect temperature for me (nice and warm) and offer really nice rooms. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff also very friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

A Blissful Oasis in Moab ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hyatt Hotel in Moab, Utah was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was captivated by its warm and inviting ambiance. The cleanliness of the entire establishment is truly commendable, making my experience all the more comfortable and enjoyable. Speaking of comfort, the amenities at Hyatt Hotel are nothing short of exceptional. Whether it was the well-maintained pool area or the state-of-the-art fitness center, every aspect was designed to cater to the guests' needs. The location also has a supercharger Tesla. However, what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service, exemplified by the remarkable front desk agent, Roberto. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests truly make him a rock star in the hospitality industry. Roberto went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable and stress-free, offering valuable recommendations that made my exploration of Moab even more exciting. In conclusion, my experience at Hyatt Hotel in Moab surpassed all expectations. It's a haven of comfort, luxury, and top-notch service. Clean/awkward property with important overlooked details. The beds are dreadfully sagged in and the front desk told me they have not been replaced since the hotel opened in Aug of 2018. If you require a moderate level of back support or higher, don’t stay here until they get new mattresses. Also, both (the only 2) Elliptical machines in the work out room are broken. They jostle and shake very hard in the back of the machine every time you do a step because they are both broken and need to be replaced or fixed/serviced. The hot tub and layout of the hotel is nice, but even though breakfast goes until 10, expect the awkward breakfast hosts to sit and stare at you waiting for you to leave starting at 9:45, with cleaning products in hand. Also during breakfast hours, lots of different employees would come in to the breakfast tables with their food and watch tv shows on the their phone. Most of the staff here is not professional at all, the night front desk guy sets up all his ramen noodles and snacks and video games at a table behind the front desk and doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in. And this is a HYATT??!! Clean property, but get it together management, just because it’s the off-season doesn’t mean your staff should be treating the place like it’s their living room.
